There will be a short introduction starting promptly at 7pm Eastern Time so please log on at least 10-15 minutes early so you don't miss the instructions and introduction to this meditation. There will be no late admittance.
Then we will chat briefly, do the guided meditation together, and then chat again at the end for a few minutes to close.
ABOUT THE MAX MEDITATION SYSTEM:
