Life is busy. Between being a mom, running a business, and everything else that comes with the day, there will always be a reason to skip the workout.

So I stopped setting huge goals.

I give myself 30 minutes in the morning to move my body and start my day doing something for ME. 💪

Some days are stronger than others—and that’s okay.

✨ Be consistent
✨ Celebrate every little accomplishment

You don’t have to do everything. You just have to start. ❤️
