This black resin sells out everywhere, so let's talk about what it actually is.

Shilajit is a tar-like resin that seeps from rocks in the Himalayas. It's been used in Ayurvedic tradition for centuries. It contains fulvic acid and trace minerals. That's the composition people point to.

Two honest notes. One: quality varies wildly between sellers, so where it comes from matters more than the label claims. Like sea moss, it's also a product where heavy-metal contamination is a real concern, so buy from someone who tests. Two: a small amount is the point, like most traditional substances.

We carry shilajit because our customers kept asking for a source they could trust.

Have you tried it? What made you trust the source you chose?

Sea moss is everywhere right now, so let me give you the plain version.

It's a red seaweed from the Atlantic. People soak it overnight, blend it into a gel, and stir a spoonful into smoothies. It contains iodine, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. That's the honest appeal: real nutrients in food form.

Here's what most posts skip: it's high in iodine, and with iodine, more is not better. A small amount is the whole point. And if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid or blood-thinner medication, talk to your doctor before adding it.

We carry wildcrafted sea moss in the shop for the people who asked. But wherever you get it, ask whether it's wildcrafted or pool-grown, and start small.

Have you tried sea moss? What was your experience? I'm in the comments.
