a dance a day keeps the jitters away

If I see a client particularly nervous of jittery, usually in the beginning when we’re dealing with the stencil, I’ll invite them to “shake it out” with me. Maybe even a quick “321” theater-warm-up-style limb shake all around.

Most people find this to be a really quick helpful way to move a lot of energy out quickly, and lock in. Some people look at me like I have three heads. That’s ok too, I already did my pre session dance alone in my room.
