New class schedule with a few small changes:SHiNE Dance is now Monday 6:20 PM and Thursday 8:05 AM. Both are 45 minutes....

New class schedule with a few small changes:

SHiNE Dance is now Monday 6:20 PM and Thursday 8:05 AM. Both are 45 minutes.

Wednesday morning 9:00 is Dance Cardio 45 minutes. Followed by Mobility, Core, Stretch at 9:45 45 minutes.

Instructor and format may change as needed.

All classes are included in memberships and day passes.
