When someone is facing multiple, complex challenges, coordinated support can make all the difference.

Each week, MetroWest Care Connection brings together service providers from Natick, Ashland, Marlborough, and Framingham for a Cross-Agency Care Planning meeting. By collaborating across organizations and sectors, our partners can quickly identify resources, coordinate services, and develop personalized outreach and intervention plans to connect people with the support they need.

At the end of June, the MetroWest Housing Coalition met with Representative Priscila Sousa to discuss the housing challenges facing Framingham residents and communities across the region.

Coalition members shared lived experiences and emphasized the importance of programs like HomeBASE and RAFT in helping prevent homelessness. Together with our partners at MIRA Coalition, the conversation also highlighted the connection between housing stability and immigrant rights.

With more than 40 organizations sharing resources and an estimated 150+ community members attending, the event was a wonderful opportunity to connect people with services, build trust, and strengthen community partnerships.
