Today Hot Minute Mama had the privilege of catering a baby shower! On the menu was an autumn fruit salad, Italian wraps, Apple Gouda grilled cheese, chips & queso blanco, and a spinach salad! Oh hello there! 👋 I’m sorry I’ve been a little quiet over here! I just wanted to let you all know, I’ve decided not to do the farmers market any more this year. I have loved meeting so many of you, and appreciated all the orders I got! I will continue to do custom orders, so please keep me in mind if you have an event you would like to take something special to, or if you need to have some sweets in your freezer! Also, I have done a couple of small catering events, so if you are interested in a quote, know that you can always call/message/text me! Thanks for a great year!!

This week at the market there will be hot sandwiches again! I’ll be bringing cucumber salad, chips, soda, and your new favorite cookie.......the homemade oatmeal cream pie! This is seriously one of the best cookies I’ve ever made and I’m going to bring free samples to show you! I hope I see you there!

So this week I'm mixing it up a little! Since the pork chop sandwiches are coming back (yay!), I will be making a side of pasta salad and offering a combo bag. That means with your sandwich I would give you a bag, pasta salad, fork, drink, and if you want-a cookie or ice cream! This pasta salad is no joke! I've gotten RAVE reviews when I made it! It is LOADED with cheese cubes, cucumbers, red peppers, red onion, and broccoli (I leave out olives that are pictured), and I use this cute little pasta called Ditalini! I hope you will stop by and get a whole dinner this Thursday night!

Did you know tomorrow night at the market there are going to be pork chop sandwiches?? You can stop by and see me and I will have 3 flavors of ice cream (mint oreo, moose tracks and vanilla), some chewy oatmeal coconut chocolate chip cookies, and FRESH watermelon lemonade for the taking! Plan to come out!

It’s market day in two days! I will be bringing my cookies in addition to TWO flavors of homemade ice cream. In the heat at last week’s market the ice cream was wildly popular so I thought this week I would do vanilla and moose tracks (Reese’s cups, dark fudge swirl and peanut butter swirl in vanilla ice cream)! I hope I see you there!

Sorry for the late notice, but the family and I will be gone on vacation both this Thursday and next Thursday! We hate to miss two markets but have SO appreciated the support of the community and are excited to come back July 9th! We’re happy to have some family time❤️ And disclaimer, the cat in the second picture was not harmed. In fact, she loved Teddy 🤷🏻‍♀️

At the market from 5-7 tonight! Triple Fudge PB Reese’s, Lemon Sugar with Lemon Buttercream, and Chocolate Chip! There’s a lot of vendors here tonight and a food truck with snow cones for the kids! Come on out!
