It’s Houston week! ✈️🙏

Justin & Kelley will fly down tomorrow morning and be able to relax for the evening and meet up with lifelong friend Landon Shores for dinner after his move to Texas!

Wednesday will be a day of testing, and Thursday they’ll meet with the doctor before flying back home.

Thank you to everyone continuing to pray, check in, and support them through this journey.

Updates to come! 🙏

Hey, everyone! Kelley here 👋🏻 with an update from Houston!!

Over the last 3 months, Justin has been doing amazing with his new cancer med. His first med came with some rough side effects that made daily life tough. He started the new med and, within a couple of weeks, he noticed huge improvements! Fast forward 3 months and we are back in Houston with some awesome updates 🤍

We just left his appointment and his doctor is very happy with his test results!! In the past, each scan showed how every cancerous spot was shrinking and we didn't really see that this time. Test results are showing everything is pretty much the same. I was questioning how it didn’t seem like anything shrunk, but he said it will get to a certain point where it won’t shrink anymore, so that might be the point that he’s at now. When that happens, it’s considered scar tissue. Nothing is spreading, so this could be the new norm going forward. He is getting another transfusion today for his rib (he fractured it approximately 6 months ago pushing a cart into a cart corral 🙄).
Blood work is good also. This new med was a game changer for sure and is working very well for Justin!

Thank you for all of the prayers!
