Kentucky Medicaid members living with a serious mental illness (SMI), such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, may now qualify for new free services, including:
• Help finding housing.
• Help getting a job or going back to school.
• Help with medications, daily routines, and getting to appointments.

COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM EDT...

At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a gust front along a line
extending from Vevay to near Kentucky Speedway to near Williamstown
to 7 miles east of Falmouth to near Aberdeen. Movement was south at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph from a gust front.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Cynthiana, Carlisle, New Castle, Breckinridge, Eminence,
Pleasureville, Millersburg, Stamping Ground, and Sadieville.

Consumers should check their freezers for a recalled Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend (10 oz) due to potential contamination with E. coli O145, a type of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC).

🫐 Affected product:

• Best If Used By: February 9, 2028
• Contains strawberries, blackberries & blueberries

The product was shipped to select Walmart stores in 16 states, including Kentucky.

Farmdale Water District

Will be repairing a leak on Clearwater Lane Friday, September 4, 2026 beginning at 8:00 am and lasting approximately until 2:00 pm. A Boil Water Advisory will be in effect until further notice. A ONE CALL has been out to 306 households.

Streets affected: Blue Valley, Brookfield, Cedar Way, Clearwater, Coolbrook, Greenfields, High Pine, Highwood, Hollow Creek, Pebble Ct, Tall Trees, Runningbrook, Sandstone, Sycamore, and Wooded Way.
