❤️ We have lots of new faces following along, so we thought we'd introduce ourselves!

Cornerstone Family Healthcare is an independently owned family practice located in Frankfort, Ohio. We opened our doors in January 2026 with a simple mission: to bring healthcare back to what it should be. Personal, compassionate, and centered around relationships.

I'm Allison Butler, a Family Nurse Practitioner with almost 30 years of nursing experience. Opening Cornerstone was a leap of faith, but I truly believe this is exactly where God has called me to be.

At Cornerstone, we provide primary care for patients of all ages, from little ones to grandparents! We offer wellness visits, chronic disease management, sick visits, and all the primary care things 😊

But what makes us different isn't just the care we provide. It's how we care for you.
We believe in taking time to listen, getting to know our patients, and treating people like family. There’s no rushed appointments here. You'll find cozy spaces,lots of encouragement, and a team that genuinely cares about you. We believe that loving and serving others is part of our calling. ❤️

We're currently accepting new patients and welcome Medicare, several commercial insurance plans, and low rates for self-pay patients.

Tomorrow, I'll be returning to the clinic. I have missed you 💙

First, I want to say thank you. Thank you for the love, prayers, kindness, understanding, and patience you've shown me and my family as we cared for my sweet mama as she made the journey home.

I'm looking forward to being back with my patients, doing what I love. There may be some tears. I may not quite be myself every moment. And you know what? That's okay.

I've always wanted the clinic to be a place where you feel cared for, where you're known, and where you matter. Where we have a relationship. And these past few weeks, you've reminded me just how beautifully that can go both ways.🥹

Thank you for giving me the time to be a daughter when my mama needed me most.
I'll see you tomorrow. And if I shed a tear or two, just know that it's because I was blessed to be loved by someone worth missing so very much. I’ll strive each day to love like Jesus, just as she taught me.

My sweet mama left this earth Friday and went to the arms of Jesus where she will be forever 💗 I wanted to share this picture of her with all of you. She was an OB nurse for many years and cared for thousands of babies.

Mom was so happy about Cornerstone and prayed heavily for it from the beginning, including every patient that walked through the door.

I was so honored to care for her full time the past few weeks as she transitioned to her heavenly home. Doing this meant sacrificing my time with all of you. I want you to know how deeply I appreciate your patience, understanding, and how beautifully you all have loved me through your messages, voicemails, and prayers.

I’m planning on returning to the office on Friday. To Angie and Kim who have selflessly kept the clinic afloat, thank you. I don’t have the words to say how much I love you and appreciate how much you love our patients.

Mama loved BIG with the type of love only possible through Jesus. I pray to love each of you that way. Know that when I care for you, a piece of my mama does too. 🫶🏻

At this time, all scheduled appointments for next week are still on as planned, but may change. If anything changes, we will reach out to you directly.

I am incredibly thankful for your patience, understanding, and support during this time. It means more to me and my family than you know. ❤️
