Spectra S1 & S2 settings made SIMPLE!

CYCLE = Number of sucks per minute (speed).

VACUUM = Strength of suction.

WAVE BUTTON = Switches between massage and expression modes.

MASSAGE MODE (70) = Fast suction to stimulate letdown.

EXPRESSION MODE (38–54) = Slower suction patterns to help remove milk.

Remember: Stronger suction/vacuum does NOT mean more milk!

There is no one-size-fits-all setting!

Bottle shape and ni**le flow can impact how baby latches, sucks, swallows, and uses their oral muscles during a feed. Choosing a bottle that supports good oral motor function can help encourage a deeper latch, better tongue movement, and more coordinated feeding.

And remember: the “best” bottle isn’t necessarily the most popular or expensive one — it’s the one that works well for YOUR baby. 💛
