Give your spine the gift of ELDOA! Join our ELDOA group class this Tuesday at 6:30pm! 🙌🏼

This past week the focus of the class was the areas just above and between our shoulder blades— you can see one ELDOA in this photo (T2-T3 joint of the spine).

Next Tuesday our focus will be hips and low back. Benefits include smoother hip motion, better low spine awareness, hydration to the discs in your low back, a sense of well-being and relaxation just to name a few.

What a week with the at the !

AXIALITY was honored to offer recovery stretching and spinal decompression for the golfers after a long day of play and practice. (Huge thanks to Trevor Spathelf and for the opportunity!)

As Trainers we saw people with low back pain, tight hips, tight hamstrings, stiff upper back, neck and wrist pain—places that take a lot of wear and tear in the game of golf. We also saw some functional scoliosis, knee pain and shoulder issues— all areas that ELDOA can really help golfers address before it becomes problematic and leads to injury.

It was such a pleasure to meet everyone on the tour and we had a great time working together (Ang, Jillian and Teresa) as team AXIALITY!
