So happy with how her color turned out! Did a colormelt from her natural color to her lighter ends, toned out the brassiness in her ends, and added some babylights. She's ready for her wedding!

I think this is a great question for every woman! So what is your answer?

Have you taken any action to schedule in self-care?

When was the last time you scheduled in a nap, a bath, a good fiction book, a coffee on a beautiful patio? When was the last time you booked a massage, got your nails done, or spent time just catching up with an old friend?

It doesn't have to be extravagant. It can be as simple as a quiet walk in the park with no kids, no conversations, just simply you and the Lord.

What can you schedule into your week this week to take better care of yourself?
