An ideal bowel routine would be eliminating several times a day. I’ve seen a lot of people be healthy with a full emptying once a day. But less than that I’d be concerned.
Good motility will keep things moving along well! And we hear feedback from members and clients all the time how our program has them eliminating better than ever!
What we don’t realize is there is way more toxic waste coming out than just the food we eat. Don’t go another day without regulating this natural body process.
I know it’s weird but I can tell a lot about a person by their 💩 habits. Let’s get things cleaned up with proper food and hydration!
