My health journey started in 2022, before Well Made was ever a business. It started with one hard truth: I wasn’t happy with where I was, and I knew nobody was coming to save me.

So I made a decision.

A decision to fight for myself. For my health. For my future.

When we launched Well Made in May 2023, that journey became something bigger than I ever imagined.

Meal prep wasn’t just convenient for me—it changed my life. It helped me regain confidence, create consistency, and prove to myself that I was capable of more than I thought.

That’s why this business means so much to me. This isn’t just a company. It’s a mission I believe in because I’ve lived it.
