It’s been a while since I’ve shared much here.

Open Eye Wellness.

It grew from a simple question:

In a world that keeps asking us to move faster, consume more, achieve more and become more… when do we stop long enough to reconnect with what actually matters?

Over the past several months, that question has grown into something I’m incredibly excited to begin sharing.

The Reconnection Series.

A collection of reflections, conversations and tools created around perspective, purpose, wisdom and the life we’re actually living.

Some of it has been years in the making. Some of it has come together in ways I never could have planned.

And much of it has been born around a very real table in my home overlooking the water — a place I now call The Inspiration Table.

I’ll be sharing more soon.

For now, I’ll just say…

Watch for The Reconnection Series.

Sometimes the next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new.

Sometimes it’s about finding your way back to what was there all along.
