1,400 people made it past 80 without ever getting cancer, heart disease, or Alzheimer’s.

Scientists sequenced their entire DNA. Expected to find a longevity gene.

They didn’t find one.

The Wellderly carried the same disease-risk genes as everyone else. The difference? Four modifiable systems: immune function, inflammation, brain chemistry, and lifestyle factors beyond diet and exercise.

They weren’t genetically special. They were systemically optimized.

90% of your serotonin is made in your gut. Not your brain. Your gut.

When your gut is compromised — pathogens, permeability, dysbiosis — serotonin production crashes.

That shows up as 3 AM wake-ups, unexplained anxiety, and irritability that came out of nowhere in your 40s.

And what happens? An SSRI prescription. Which tries to recycle serotonin you’re not producing enough of in the first place.

Nobody asked why production is low.

That’s root-cause medicine. Follow for more.

The most dangerous phrase in medicine: “Your labs look normal.”

Normal ranges are based on population averages — including sick, sedentary, and metabolically unhealthy people. Normal ≠ optimal.

Standard panels don’t check neurotransmitter balance, gut pathogens, cortisol patterns, or inflammatory trajectory.

“You’re fine” really means “I don’t see disease yet.” Not that your systems are optimized.

That’s the gap we fill.

Open your supplement cabinet. Count the bottles you’ve quit.

That number is your answer.

The average man I work with has spent $8,000+ on supplements in two years. Nootropics, adaptogens, testosterone boosters, greens powders. Almost none of it moved the needle.

You can’t supplement your way out of a root-cause problem. If a pathogen is eating the raw materials your brain needs — no stack will overcome that.

Test. Don’t guess.

Built a $200M company. Couldn’t remember his CFO’s name in a board meeting.

51 years old. Ate clean. Trained 5x/week. Slept 7 hours. Labs “normal.”

When we looked at the right things: inverted cortisol, two gut pathogens, dopamine and acetylcholine in the tank.

90 days later — focus back, decision-making sharp, energy stable. Same lifestyle. Different testing.

Your testosterone isn’t low because you’re aging. It’s low because something is actively suppressing it.

Cortisol. Endocrine disruptors. Gut pathogens. Visceral fat acting as an endocrine organ working against you.

New data: men on GLP-1 drugs saw significant testosterone increases — not because the drug boosts T, but because losing visceral fat reduced the inflammatory load suppressing it.

Stop treating the number. Start asking why it’s low.

Waking up at 3 AM every night? It’s not stress. It’s not anxiety. And melatonin isn’t the answer.

At 3 AM, your cortisol is spiking when it should be at its lowest. That spike crashes your serotonin — the neurotransmitter that keeps you in deep, restorative sleep.

The real question: why is your serotonin low?

That leads to your gut, your hormones, and your toxic load. Things a sleep study will never check.

Everyone’s talking about what Ozempic does. Nobody’s talking about what it takes.

GLP-1 drugs are genuinely exciting — the cardiovascular data is game-changing. But a 2026 Harvard study found alarming nutrient deficiencies in people on these medications: vitamin D, B vitamins, iron.

If you were already low on the building blocks for serotonin and dopamine, you’re accelerating a problem you didn’t know you had.

The drug works. It works better when someone’s monitoring what’s happening under the hood.

You don’t have ADHD. You have a dopamine production problem.

Adult ADHD diagnoses have doubled since 2020. But for a lot of men in their 40s and 50s, the real issue isn’t attention deficit — it’s a neurotransmitter production problem that starts in the gut.

H. pylori affects 50% of people over 50. It destroys your ability to produce dopamine. But nobody checks for it before handing you a prescription.

The question isn’t “do I have ADHD?”

The question is “why is my dopamine low?”

The response to this month’s content has been incredible.

Men are sharing their energy timelines. Scoring themselves on the Three-System Scorecard. Opening up about years of brain fog and doctors who said “you’re fine.”

And the pattern is overwhelming: almost everyone has the SAME symptoms, and almost NO ONE has had the right things tested.

That’s exactly why we built the June 6th workshop.

6 DAYS OUT.
