What a great weekend at Pulse Health Fest!

The Salty Spa WI had an amazing time being part of such a great event at the Summerfest grounds. I met so many awesome people, had some great conversations about wellness and recovery. I gave out A LOT of LMNT to help everyone stay hydrated and STAY SALTY!

Events like this are about more than promoting my business. They’re about getting out into the community, building relationships, educating people about taking care of their bodies, and introducing more people to what we’re building at The Salty Spa WI.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, grabbed some LMNT, talked with me, and showed me some love. And thank you to everyone behind Pulse Health Fest for allowing me to be part of such a great event.

Another professional athlete putting recovery first.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming one of the Milwaukee Milkmen starting pitchers Christian Young into The Salty Spa WI for a recovery session. Also special shout out to one of our massage therapists Saray Hernandez who specializes in athletic therapy. She wanted to make sure Christian was going to feel better for his start at tomorrow’s game. So we added some massage therapy and cupping to his recovery session today.

When you’re competing at the professional level, what you do between games matters just as much as what you do on the field. Recovery, rest, and taking care of your body are all part of staying ready for the next start.

It means a lot to us to continue earning the trust of professional athletes right here in Franklin.

Our vision is simple: create a place where athletes at every level, from youth and high school athletes to professionals, can come to recover, recharge, and take care of their bodies.

The Salty Spa WI is becoming a home for recovery. One athlete at a time.

Always a good day when baseball and recovery come together!

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming the manager of the Milwaukee Milkmen, the man Anthony Barone into The Salty Spa WI for a well-deserved recovery session. It’s been a busy season and now The Milwaukee Milkmen are playoff bound!!

He’s become a staple of professional baseball right here in Franklin. It was great having him step away from the field for a bit to recharge, and experience what we’re building here at the spa.

There’s something pretty cool about seeing professional athletes and people within professional sports trusting The Salty Spa WI with their wellness and recovery. That trust means a lot to us, and it continues to reinforce our vision of becoming a true recovery hub for athletes at every level.

From the pros to high school and youth athletes, recovery is part of the game.

Fall sports are here, and the work doesn’t stop when practice or the game ends.

At The Salty Spa WI, we want to help student athletes take care of their bodies throughout the season so they can recover, recharge, and get back to doing what they love.

Our Student Membership is just $80/month and includes 4 wellness credits that can be used on:

• Infrared Sauna with Halotherapy
• Red Light Therapy Booth
• Heated Jade Therapy Bed
• Ionic Detox Foot Soak

That’s up to $200 in services for only $80 per month.

Today, I had the privilege of hosting my friend and brother, of the Milwaukee Wave Professional Soccer Team.

Ian has had an incredible career and continues to be a force to be reckon with on the field. I respect his work ethic both on and off the field. Beyond the athlete, he’s a great person with a heart for others.

At The Salty Spa WI, our mission is to help people feel better physically and mentally. To have the opportunity to support athletes like Ian in their recovery and wellness journey is truly an honor.

Thank you for trusting us, brother. We’re grateful and honored to be a small part of helping you stay healthy, recover well, and continue doing what you do best.
