CNA’s are of then the ones who spend the most time with resident’s offering comfort, dignity and compassion during some of life‘s most vulnerable moments. They answer call lights, with daily needs, notice subtle changes, provide encouragement and bring a human touch that can make the difference in someone’s day.

Their work is physically demanding, emotionally challenged, and too often goes unrecognized.

To every CNA - Thank you for your patience, dedication, and the countless acts of kindness that may never make it into a chart, but leave a lasting impact on patients and families. Healthcare wouldn’t be the same without you! YOU are seen, YOU are valued and YOU are deeply appreciated!

🎉June Employee of the Month Spotlight: Mary, LPN🎉

Mary, LPN has been a valued member of our team for 2 years. She is known for her caring nature and dedication to those she serves. What Mary enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to interact with everyone, building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers alike.

When asked what advice she would give to her coworkers, Mary shared: "Talk less, smile, say 'yes sir' and 'yes ma'am,' and stay pleasant even when you're tired." Her words reflect the kindness and respect she brings to work each day. Mary has been practicing nursing since the 70’s!

Outside of work, Mary enjoys getting plenty of rest and sleep, valuing the importance of recharging and maintaining balance. A fun fact about Mary is that she loves Jesus, and her faith plays an important role in her life.

Mary is especially grateful for the inspiration she has received from Katelyn Stauffer, LPN, Gracey Page, LPN, and Lauren Page, LPN who has encouraged her throughout her time with the company. She also recognizes Casey Smith, LPN/ADON, and Lauren Little, LPN for their meaningful mentorship, guidance, and support.

Please join us in congratulating Morgan Grubbs, our May Employee of the Month! 🎉

Morgan has been a valued part of our team for 5 years in Maintenance and is originally from Tylertown, MS. His favorite part of the job is helping others, and he especially enjoys building meaningful relationships with our residents each day.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys fishing, farming, and gardening. When asked how coworkers would describe him, one word stood out — helpful.

Morgan shared, “I’m always here to help however I can when it comes to work and supporting the team.”
