The Virgo New Moon asks us to take inventory.

Not of everything we still need to fix.

Of what we’ve actually built. 🌾

What grew?

What survived?

What are you proud of?

And what simply needs a little tending rather than another complete overhaul?

Virgo can be wonderfully discerning—but that discernment doesn’t have to become self-criticism.

Before you move the goalpost again, pause long enough to notice the harvest that’s already here.

You don’t have to start over. You get to begin again with everything you’ve learned. 🌱

I’ve shared a deeper reflection and journal prompts over on Patreon for this New Moon - go check it out!

How much of your life have you spent running toward a future version of yourself?

The more healed version.
The more successful version.
The version who finally has it all figured out.

This week’s Pause Along the Path explores a teaching from Thich Nhat Hanh about remembering that you are already a wonder of life.

You can grow without constantly trying to become someone else.

A gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and come back to who you are right now.

🌿 Full mindfulness moment + deeper reflection on Patreon.

🌀 Come pause along the path with me in person the 2nd Thursdays of every month at 7 pm in the lovely Chapel at Frederick Unitarian Universalist Congregation (UUCF) for Candlelight Restorative Yoga and Sound Immersion - or - Mondays at 1 pm where we explore Yoga for the Advancing Beginner.

This moon invites us to pause, soften our grip, and listen a little more closely. While the Sun in Virgo asks what we’ve been avoiding.

What are you ready to surrender?
And what is still asking for your attention?

The Sturgeon energy of this lunation reminds us that we can move through deep waters without becoming lost in them.

I’ve shared a deeper reflection, journal prompts, and a gentle somatic practice over on Patreon for those who feel called to explore this moon’s energy with me. 🌊✨

Release what isn’t yours. Tend what is. Trust the next step.

I’ve been trying to come up with some profound Leo New Moon wisdom…

And honestly? I’ve mostly just been riding the wave. 🌊

And maybe that’s the wisdom.

After months of shadow work, releasing, rebuilding, reflecting, tending, receiving, and asking what comes next?…

What if we stopped asking for a minute?

What if we played?

Made something just because we wanted to.

Took the afternoon off.

Danced badly.

Went swimming.

Sat in the grass.

Laughed too loudly.

Did something completely useless and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Leo reminds us that authentic expression doesn’t always mean being more visible. Sometimes it means allowing yourself to experience who you are without performing it for anyone else.

And maybe courage doesn’t always mean fighting through the discomfort.

Maybe sometimes courage is trusting the current.

🌞 Maybe the next evolution isn’t becoming more disciplined. Maybe it’s becoming more alive.

I’ve written a deeper reflection for this Leo New Moon, with journal prompts and a playful somatic practice for riding the wave, over on Patreon. 🦁🌊

There are so many beautiful things unfolding over the next several months, and I’d love to invite you to be part of them.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to reconnect through yoga, seeking one-on-one support through spirit work, reflexology, or herbal consultations, or simply hoping to cross paths at one of this year’s festivals and conferences—I hope our paths meet somewhere along the way.

This season I’ll be teaching, facilitating rituals, sharing herbalism, singing, vending, and continuing to build spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember their own inner knowing.

One thing I’ve learned is that community isn’t built all at once.

It’s built one conversation…
one class…
one shared cup of tea…
one gathering around a fire…
one person at a time.

I hope to see many of you this summer and autumn. Come wander the labyrinths path together for a while. 🌀🌿✨

When life feels overwhelming, many of us “leave” the body without realizing it.

We live in our thoughts.
Our worries.
Our to-do lists.

This week’s 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 is inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh’s reflection - Go Back to the Body.

Together we practice gentle breathwork as a way of returning—not to a perfect state, but to the place where life is happening right now.

We close with a channeled flute offering and space to simply rest.

🌿 New mindfulness moments are shared weekly on Patreon.

If you’ve been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected lately…

Perhaps this is your invitation to come home to yourself.

Some weeks the practice comes easily.

Other weeks, simply showing up is the practice.

This week’s Pause Along the Path is inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh’s reflection The One Contains the All—a gentle reminder that we are deeply connected to one another, to the earth, and to the present moment.

Together we return to the breath, reflect on our place within the whole, and close with a quiet flute offering.

If this week has felt full, tiring, or a little scattered…

Perhaps this is your invitation to pause.

This Cancer New Moon feels less like a dramatic fresh start and more like a quiet invitation to come home to yourself.

As Mercury retrograde continues its work of reflection and revision, old emotions, memories, and patterns may resurface—not to pull you backward, but to offer new insight.

Sometimes we become so emotionally preoccupied with what we’ve been carrying that we struggle to notice what’s already trying to arrive.

This moon asks us to nurture ourselves with the same compassion we so freely offer others.

What are you ready to gently prune?

What new beginning is waiting for enough space to finally take root?

✨ I’ve shared deeper reflections, journal prompts, and a somatic practice over on Patreon for those wanting to explore this moon more intentionally.

Before you continue scrolling… Take one slow breath 🌀 let the exhale lengthen.

Look around the space you’re in.

Notice one color.
One sound.
One scent.
One thing that reminds you life is still quietly unfolding around you.

Sometimes tending the inner garden begins with simply paying attention.

May you find something beautiful to savor today.
