I didn’t start using essential oils because I wanted one more thing to keep up with. 😂

I started because I wanted simple swaps that actually fit into real life.

Now they’re just… everywhere.

In the diffuser while I’m getting things done.
Something calming when the day feels like a LOT.
Oils in my bag when we’re out.
Part of our bedtime routine.
Little things I reach for around the house without even thinking about it anymore.

The air quality has me paying a little more attention to what we're breathing today. 🌫️

When the AQI is this high, the best thing we can do is reduce our exposure, stay indoors when possible, keep the windows closed, stay hydrated, and run an air purifier if you have one.

One thing I'm also doing? 💚 Diffusing Air-X.

No, essential oils don't remove wildfire smoke or replace clean air. But I love how Air-X creates a fresh, uplifting atmosphere in our home while we're spending more time inside.
