Practice placing importance on your daily diet.
It’s literally amazing how food and beverages can drastically improve your health and weight loss or literally cause havoc to your entire nervous system leading to death.
Simply adding more of this can improve your overall health👇🏽
• leafy greens
• omega 3 foods (avocado, salmon, nuts/seeds)
• water with dash of sea salt (drink 1/2 your weight in oz)
• 2 fruits a day (i like an apple and an orange or some berries)
• veggies with every meal
• dark chocolate
• eating enough protein each meal (eat your goal weight in grams)
• drinking green tea daily
You will feel better. You can reverse chronic illnesses. You can move and breathe with less pain. You will lose weight. Reduce inflammation in your body. Gives your organs what they need to do what they do.
Simply eating most of this can and will create havoc to your body👇🏽
• refined carbohydrates (cereals, pastas, pizza, white bread, white rice, cookies, donuts)
• fried foods in vegetable or canola oils
• proteins with refined carbs (chick Fi La on a bun, hot dog and bun)
• sodas - they will KILL YOU
• sugary creamers
• alcohol - more sugar than you realize
• milk chocolate
You will be lethargic, always tired. No energy. Next thing you know you’ve got high blood pressure or you’re type 2 diabetic. All your weight is in your mid section. Creates breeding grounds for cancers. Organs stop getting nutrients they need - and eventually will fail you.

As we get older, just start to think about how your diet will effect the quality of your life. Most people between the ages off 40-79 are on at least one prescription drug - 20% of those are on more than five. And most of these are incubating so many side effects - and you’re not doing any research or asking questions- just taking as prescribed.
What you chose to do today will and can affect your tomorrow.
