What if BJJ black belts could lose their rank if they lose to a lower rank? Sometimes people get moved to black belt too quickly. What do you guys think about this?

Are you a couch potato and want to be stronger? More capable? Fit and healthy? You don’t have to do as much as you think. If your plan is efficient, you give strong effort and you stay consistent… you can achieve and maintain above average levels of strength and conditioning. Just get started. If training / exercise is not your favorite pastime, try to find an activity you enjoy that is also physical. It will make the process more enjoyable and you can stay fit and healthy without being miserable.

Since I started lifting 25 years ago, the culture in gyms has changed a lot. I would say in some ways for the worse. The majority of people who go to gyms aren’t serious about training or results. The respect for the equipment and others has suffered tremendously. People do some really weird sh*t. We need old school gym culture back.
