The Café at Tamarac offers a variety of smoothies, with or without protein. From classic fruit smoothies to our protein punch smoothies, we are sure to have one you’ll like.

We also offer a ‘smoothie of the month’. For June we have the Berry Chill. A smooth, cream blend of milk and Greek yogurt with sweet blueberry puree and a hint of soothing lavender. Can be made with or without protein and your choice of milk.

Jason of White & Associates worked with our Café staff, Deb, to coordinate and pick up their free lunch.

Join us for the 2nd annual Tamarac Tri! This race is about participation, fun, and personal achievement.

Grab a friend (or two) and split the swim, bike, and run for a fun, team based race experience with our new option this year – Relay Teams!

🏊‍♂️ Swim – 750 meters
🚴‍♂️ Bike – 12.4 miles
🏃‍♀️ Run – 5K

Join us for Drums in Motion – a high energy group fitness class that combines rhythmic drumming and aerobic exercise, using drumsticks to strike an exercise ball. Fun for all fitness levels.

Join Drums in Motion on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:40 a.m.

Classes are free with your membership; day passes are available for $10/day.
