After a full night of sleep, your body wakes up dehydrated. Starting your morning with a nourishing breakfast and proper hydration helps support energy, digestion, focus, and overall wellness throughout the day.

🌿 Simple Morning Routine

1. Start with 12–16 oz of water (add lemon if desired) (warmer the better)
Some kind of a organic mineral salt
No table salt.
2. Move your body for a few minutes
3. Eat a balanced breakfast with protein, healthy fats, and fiber
4. Continue sipping water throughout the morning
