About 7 weeks ago I was blessed with the opportunity to be a VA Healthcare Specialist. Although the position isn't tough for me one of my illness have been flairing up. Chronic inflammation. This illness has made my body swelling back up and let me know who my is boss. With it comes chronic pain. Today I choose the Holistic approach for my healing. Last week I asked God if there was anything I needed to do to help him in my healing process. What I heard him say was I needed to start Qigong and to make my garlic tea. In the last week, I have done 2 sessions & my energy is through the roof and the pain is manageable now. Garlic tea helps with so many things including imflamation. This simple routine has been so helpful and I'm pleased with the benefits I have received from it. It is helping shift and move stuck energy!!! So grateful I had to share with everyone. Please share if you know anyone who suffered from the same illness.
