First fruiting block inoc in the new place. This is our substrate lab where all fruiting blocks are inoculated in a sterile environment. Sure, we're still a little slow but the pace will pick up as people begin to get the hang of things. Our starting goal is to do approx 900 of these blocks every 2 days. After this, they go to a huge temp controlled room where they sit and colonize for 3 weeks to 4 months depending on the mushroom variety. Once the blocks are fully white, they are moved into 1 of our 10 fruiting rooms where the environment mimics living in the middle of a cloud.

We're getting closer to being fully operational. Our plan was to be up and running by Feb 1st. We knew that was extremely ambitious with the amount of work that had to be done, so that date was flexible. If everything goes to plan, we will hopefully be fully operational by March 1st and have mushrooms again by mid April. Once we have mushrooms again, we'll update our new location on Google maps and our website.

The new location features a 200sq ft spawn lab, a 800 sq ft substrate lab, a 2000 sq ft colonization room, ten 300 sq ft fruiting rooms, 300 sq ft walk in refrigerator, a 500 sq ft packaging room, a 40 ft long, 8ft tall sterilizing vessel with a 1.5 million BTU boiler, a conveyor belt sealer from sub lab to colonization (coming soon), and 4 similar sized buildings to use if we need to expand. The pics above are the progress.

None of this would've been possible, or have happened without our friends and investors, Vik & Bob at WMK mushrooms!

Just a reminder that we'll be out at our last appearance tomorrow, Saturday, Dec 13th 2025, from 830am-1130am. We will have our fresh shiitake, enoki, king blue oyster, elm oyster, pink oyster, Black pearl king oyster, sprekled chestnut (aka cinnamon caps), Pioppino, and Lions mane mushrooms grown right here on our farm in Fresno! In addition, we will have most of those fresh mushrooms listed above packaged and dehydrated. Perfect for people who have a hard time eating mushrooms fast enough before they go bad as you can store them in your pantry for up to 2 yrs. We'll also have shiitake grow kits (they make great Christmas presents), our adaptogenic functional mushroom coffee, our 10:1 dual liquid and dual powdered extracts including our 60 day supply of capsules, and more!

If you can't make it tomorrow and you need something, you can still order all of our products from our website (except freshly harvested mushrooms). Our dried mushrooms, extracts, coffee, tshirts, hoodies, cookies, bracelets, and several other items will remain fully stocked and ready to be shipped while we transition into the new place. You can also come by the current location next week M-Th 10am-3pm. We will be at our current location for 1 more week, but after that, we're going to be at our new location in Chowchilla/Madera. If everything goes smoothly, we'll be fully out of our current location and into our new place by the end of business, Thursday 12/18/25. We will release the address and start allowing tours again (by appointment only) once we're fully back up and running.

Thank you all for your support and trusting us to provide organic locally grown food, supplements, seasoning, and education to you and your family/friends. We couldn't have done any of this without the support from our neighbors/customers.

Thank you to , , , and for taking a chance on a couple of random dudes initially working a hobby. You guys are like a 2nd family to us.

Hey everyone, Jeremy "CAP" here. Just as a reminder, this Saturday, 12/13/25, will be our last farmers market. I don't want to say ever because we never know what the future holds, but for now, the near foreseeable future, we wont be doing any. Don't worry, we are not going out of business, just ceasing farmers market operations. You will still be able to buy all of our products except for fresh mushrooms online and by coming to our new location in Chowchilla after we've moved, where you can continue to purchase our fresh mushrooms directly from our farm. We will release the address once we are up and running again. We will be stopping fresh mushroom production for approx 6 weeks while we get the new place set up, but all of our other products will still be produced and available during this time.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we grow!

Hey guys, this is Jeremy "The CAPN". Just a quick reminder that this month we are featured in the Visalia Lifestyle Magazine. Go check it out when you get a chance and let us know what you think.

I've got some good news and some bad news to report. Bad news first. December will be the last month we will be attending any farmers markets and we are moving out of our Fresno location the last week of Dec. Our anticipated last market appearance will most likely be Visalia farmers market on Sat 12/20/25. If its any sooner we'll let you know. It was a really hard decision but it had to be made. The economy was getting worse and worse with no end in sight. We made almost 60% less in farmers market sales this year vs the previous year and 40% less last year over the year before that. Some nights were so bad, we were basically paying to be out there, operating at a full loss. We made the hard decision to switch our business model and focus on the profitable parts of our business – online and wholesale orders.

Time for the good news. We are moving into our friends mushroom farm, WMK farms in Chowchilla. The building is custom built for a mushroom farm and it is approx 4500-5000 sq ft. We will be combining our efforts to continue to provide all of our quality products but on a much larger scale, while still growing all of the mushrooms for those products. We are currently assisting finishing the final touches on construction and acquiring machinery. ***WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS*** You will still be able to order online, possibly fresh mushrooms as well, and come in and purchase items. We will also still be supplying all of our restaurant and grocery store customers.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns you can tell us here or email us at [email protected].

Thanks, CAP!

Today we had the pleasure of hosting magazine! They came out for a tour and to interview CAP and his crew. Look for us as the feature story in the December 2025 issue. Dont worry, we'll remind everyone 😅. It also just so happens we are also making more reishi dual extract here today too. The second picture shows one of our 5 extractors hard at work. For a size reference, the flask is holding 3L of solvent and that bottle is one gallon.
