We could show you the clinic. The clean rooms, the organized shelves, the space we spent a long time getting right.

But an empty room does not help a single child.

What makes Go Behavioral work is the kids who come through our doors and the therapists who know their names, their favorite toys, and exactly what kind of morning they are having before anyone says a word. It is the parents who trust us with the hardest and most important part of their lives.

The building is just a building. They are the reason it means anything.

To every family and every team member across our California, Florida, Texas and Virginia locations, thank you.

Twenty minutes of work happen before she ever walks through the door.

Materials pulled and checked. Reinforcers picked because you remember what she was actually into last Tuesday, not last month. Data sheets ready before trial one. Room cleared so the first five minutes feel calm instead of chaotic.

None of this is in the job description. All of it is why the session works.

RBTs, what is the one thing you always prep that nobody else notices? Tell us below.

What looks like โ€œbad behaviorโ€ may have a completely different meaning.

For some autistic individuals, covering their ears may be a response to sensory overload. Repeating phrases may help with regulation.
Avoiding eye contact can make it easier to focus, and running away may be an attempt to escape an overwhelming situation.

Understanding the possible reason behind a behavior can help parents, caregivers, and professionals respond with more empathy and appropriate support. ๐Ÿ’™

Which of these behaviors do you think is misunderstood most often?

Accurate ABC data helps our clinical teams better understand what happens before, during, and after a behavior so we can make more informed decisions and provide thoughtful, individualized support.

Weโ€™re grateful to our team for continuing to learn, grow, and strengthen the quality of care we provide every day.

You know youโ€™re an RBT whenโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Being silly is basically part of the job, โ€œfirst this, then thatโ€ becomes second nature, tokens are serious business, and acronyms like DTT and NAT somehow make perfect sense.

Behind all the fun is a lot of patience, consistency, and skill that helps our learners make meaningful progress every day.

RBTs, which one of these is way too relatable?

"She was always just the quiet, sensitive one."

We hear it from parents constantly, usually years after the fact. Autistic girls get overlooked because the signs show up differently: masking and copying other girls to fit in, deep interests that happen to look socially acceptable, meltdowns that only ever happen at home because school used up everything she had, and an anxiety diagnosis that arrives long before anyone mentions autism.

Being missed has a cost. Girls who go unidentified spend years thinking they are failing at something everyone else finds easy.

If this sounds like your daughter, trust that instinct and ask the question. Early support changes how a child sees herself.

Have you seen any of these in your own family? Share your experience in the comments, it helps other parents more than you know.

A speech delay and autism can sometimes look similar, but communication is about more than vocabulary.

Does your child point to share something? Show you what theyโ€™re interested in? Try to connect with you?

If something feels different, an evaluation can provide clarity and help you understand what support may be useful.

Early support can make a meaningful difference. ๐Ÿ’™

Looks like another ABA company has figured out that hiring from Go Behavioral comes with a bonus: well-trained staff. Weโ€™ve heard theyโ€™re offering more money to people coming from us and letting them jump right in without training.

Honestly? Thank you for recognizing the value of what we build. ๐Ÿ˜

At Go Behavioral, we donโ€™t just train people wellโ€”we prepare them to serve families across 13 languages.

So next time, instead of waiting for us to train them first, feel free to send your team directly to us. Weโ€™ll help with that too. ๐Ÿ˜‰
