Overwhelmed by so much work to maintain my tropical-themed garden. It's all worth it though. Lately, I'm just feeling gloomy and sad - don't know why. But all I have to do is go out, walk around my backyard and I get rejuvenated again. Every now and then I see a blue jay and that surely fills my heart.

Laser treatment results for deep acne scars take time—often much longer than a few weeks or months—to fully show, as true skin remodeling is a gradual process. In this case, the patient first came in 14 years ago with active breakouts and deep scarring. We focused on controlling her acne before treating the scars, as the body can't effectively heal both at once. I recommended three laser sessions spaced 8 months apart, but she only completed one. Recently, she returned for a lighter treatment to minimize downtime. Despite having just one session, she reports a 90% improvement and is very happy with her results.
