Weekly Energy Reading

This week’s energy invites us to move through three beautiful themes:

Six of Fire + Carnelian

Allow yourself to be seen. This card reminds us that confidence isn’t about proving our worth. It’s about trusting it. Celebrate your progress, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and don’t shrink yourself to make others comfortable.

Carnelian supports courage, motivation, creativity and taking inspired action.

Aeracura + Lepidolite

Healing doesn’t always happen through doing more. Sometimes it happens through surrender, rest and releasing what has become too heavy to carry. Aeracura reminds us that transformation often begins beneath the surface.

Fear can make us feel like we have to constantly protect, control, and prepare for what might happen next.

When we approach life with trust instead, we create space for peace, clarity, and new possibilities to enter.

Trust doesn’t mean we ignore challenges or pretend everything is easy. It means we remember that we are supported, that we can handle what comes, and that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

Reiki creates a space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and return to the calm that already exists within you. Reiki helps you remember the peace within you.

Trust that not every mile has to be mapped out. Sometimes the next step is enough.

Sometimes the greatest source of stress isn’t the situation itself, it’s the constant mental battle against what has already happened.

Acceptance doesn’t mean you approve of everything. It doesn’t mean you stop caring, lower your standards, or give up on change.

It simply means acknowledging reality as it is in this moment, so you can move forward with clarity instead of resistance.

When we stop pouring our energy into wishing the past were different, we create space to focus on what comes next.

Capturing just a bit of the magic from a hybrid Intuitive Guidance/Reiki session with one of my favorite clients.

Every animal processes life differently.

This week I worked with 3 very different dogs for one of my regular clients:

One dog was adjusting to being a nursing mother, one was a new puppy struggling with stress and acting out while trying to find his place in the home, and one dog was suffering from compulsive behavioral patterns, and craved deeper trust with his owner.

One of the things I love most about animal Reiki is that our pets do not need to intellectually understand healing in order to receive it. Animals are incredibly sensitive to energy, emotions, stress, routine changes and the environment around them.

Reiki can help support anxiety, healing after stressful transitions, bonding and trust, behavioral imbalance, grounding and overall emotional wellbeing.

I’m always grateful to connect with animals in this way and help support both them and their humans through different stages of life.

Giving my Reiki room a weekly reset today. Fresh air, open windows, and space to recharge the energy of the space for the week ahead.

I use this healing room for both in-person and remote sessions, so keeping it cleansed helps me stay grounded and clear when I’m working.
