This woman explains coersive control very well. Patriarchy's main function is make life better, easier, for men, particularly white men, at the expense of women and girls. Matriarchy is more balanced, equal, taking into account everyone's needs. Matriarchal systems lift the whole of society.

How to Co-Create Moon Water
1.) Best to use clear glass jar, container with a lid. Save jam or pickle jars, stop at a garage sale! Food grade plastic is okay in a pinch or bottled water.
2.) Wash thoroughly.
3,) Energetically cleanse with smoke from incense, sage, sweet grass or palo santo.
4.) Fill with purified or filtered water.
5.) Screw on the lid or cover with a small saucer.
6.) Set your intentions for this water: Speak aloud "This water of life is for healing", "This water of life is for gaining more clarity".
7.) The night of the full moon, set your container of water on a window sill or outside on a table to soak up the power of the moon, even if it's cloudy or stormy, even better, your water will be imbued with lightening!
8.) Crystals that are not water soluble may be added. Words, such as "healing', "wellness", "energy", "love" may be written on the outside of the jar, or write on a small piece of paper & tape on the jar (see the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto).
10.) In the morning remove any crystals, then drink in the moon. Water your plants, give to your family, your pets, make "aura sprays" to clear your Biofield, add an essential oil such as lavender, sage, palo santo or Angelica. Shake each time before use.

🌕 Women's Circle - Sacred Waters: Exploring the Ocean Within, Full Moon in Pisces Drum Circle & Ceremony.
The Full Moon in Pisces invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that flows beneath the surface of everyday life.
Just as the ocean holds both calm waters and powerful tides, each of us carries a rich inner landscape of emotions, intuition, dreams, creativity, and compassion. Through the ancient rhythm of the drum, guided meditation, ceremony, and sacred community, we will journey inward to explore the healing waters within ourselves.
Together we will: Experience a guided shamanic drum journey. 🌕 Honor the Full Moon with simple ceremony. 💙 Release what no longer serves us. 🌊 Deepen our connection with intuition and inner wisdom. ✨ Return home feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
No previous experience with drumming or meditation is necessary. Drums will be available to borrow, or you are welcome to bring your own frame drum, rattle, or sacred instrument.

Come as you are. Bring an open heart, a spirit of curiosity, and a willingness to discover the sacred waters that have always lived within you.

🏵️ Women's Circle Mission Statement: We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.

🌸 Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.

🌼Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.

🥀We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.

🌻COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.

🪻Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
