The mobile clinic provides care for children from infants to age 18, accepts many insurance plans and offers the same high-quality care you would expect from a traditional clinic. If your child already has a regular primary care provider, Dr. Kleven will coordinate with them for seamless care.

Holiday Closure Reminder: Please plan ahead for your prescription refills and medical needs prior to the holiday weekend.

Our clinics, retail pharmacy, eye clinic, and other outpatient services will be closed Friday, July 3 in recognition of Independence Day.

Urgent Care, located in our Emergency Department in Friendship, will be open with expanded hours on July 3 from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

All services will resume regular hours on Monday, July 6.

🏈 Need a sports physical for your child? Make sure they are ready for the season. 🩺

If your child has not had a well visit in the past 12 months: Please call to schedule one! The sports physical form can be completed during the exam and the visit can be billed to your insurance. Appointments are available at the Friendship Clinic, Westfield Clinic, or Pediatric Mobile Clinic.

If your child has already had a well visit in the past 12 months: Ask us about scheduling a $30 sports physical at Friendship or Westfield Clinic. Please note: this option is not available through the mobile clinic. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
