Today we progressed his TRX single-arm row by adding rotation, challenging his strength, stability, and coordination in a completely different way.
A lot of movement limitations and muscle imbalances don’t show up until you challenge the body outside of traditional exercises. That’s where good coaching makes a difference. It’s not about making an exercise harder just for the sake of it—it’s about choosing the right progression at the right time.
The result? Better movement, better strength, and a body that’s more capable both inside and outside the gym.
