🎉I'm excited to share that I'm speaking at this year's Social Connections Summit. I'll be leading a Guided Movement break rooted in Adaptive Dance, the same work behind Jasmine's Beat. After our session, professionals will be able to feel how movement can reset a nervous system mid-day, and know a few moves they can return to on their own. This year's lineup includes several speakers, each covering a different part of what it actually takes to thrive as a late-identified neurodivergent professional. Now in its fifth year, Social Connections Summit 2026 is a two-day virtual event created for late-identified neurodivergent professionals ready to move past awareness and into action. The program includes a keynote, lightning talks, a hands-on sensory workshop, and a live panel exploring the rarely discussed advantages and disadvantages of our lived experiences. Every session is designed around practical tools you can use right away. There will also be giveaways, intentional networking, and a few other surprises you don't want to miss. 🎉 Jasmine's Beat is dancing into Scottish Rite Hospital for Children!
This week marks the start of something special — our adaptive dance program is now live in partnership with the Therapeutic Recreation and OT departments at Scottish Rite in Dallas. 💃🧡
Ribbons flying, parachutes waving, big smiles all around — every camper moved, grooved, and lit up the room in their own way. Dance is for everybody, and this week proved it.
Huge thanks to the incredible volunteers and staff making inclusive movement possible for these amazing kids. This is just the beginning. 🕺✨
