Not every popular gut-health treatment belongs in your routine.
When you are bloated after meals, reacting to foods, constipated, exhausted, or dealing with brain fog, it is tempting to try every supplement and diet someone recommends.
But “healthy” does not automatically mean “appropriate for your body right now.”
A probiotic may be helpful for one person and aggravating for another. More fiber may support one gut while creating more discomfort for someone dealing with bacterial overgrowth. A restrictive diet may provide short-term relief, but it should not become a permanent prison.
That is why I believe in one size fits one.
The goal is not to keep removing foods and hoping for the best. It is to understand your symptoms, identify what may be contributing to them, and choose a strategy that matches your biology.
