The ni**le shouldn’t be the first thing you notice.
For this patient, the problem was not overall chest size. It was the pointed projection created by gynecomastia beneath the ni**le-ar**la complex, especially obvious from the angled and profile views.
That kind of case can look “minor” until you are the guy seeing it through every fitted shirt.
At 11 months after gynecomastia surgery, the difference is subtle for the right reason. The pointed projection is corrected, the ni**le sits naturally against the chest, and the overall contour looks balanced without looking surgically manufactured.
The tissue comes out. The chest still has to look right.
That is where Dr. Beck’s experience with gynecomastia and male plastic surgery separates the procedure from simply removing gland. Correcting the anatomy is only part of the job. The final chest has to work from the front, the angle, and the side, because men do not walk around facing a camera straight-on.
For this patient, one relatively small area was throwing off the entire chest.
Now it isn’t.
