Life changed.

Mine certainly did.

And somewhere in the middle of everything that changed, I found myself facing a question I believe so many of us eventually face:

Who am I now?

Not who was I.
Not who does everyone else need me to be.
Not who am I supposed to be after everything that has happened.

Who am I now—and what do I want the rest of my life to look like?

That question became deeply personal for me.

Over the years, I’ve moved through motherhood, an empty nest, caregiving, business ownership, changing relationships, and loss. And this year, my life changed in ways I could never have anticipated.

And yet, I’m still here.

Still curious. Still open. Still living.

And now I’m bringing together what I’ve lived, what I’ve learned, and the work I’ve been doing for years in a new way.

I’m officially opening enrollment for:

LIFE CHANGED. WHAT NOW?

A personalized 90-day mentorship for people navigating significant change who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or are struggling to make sense of what has changed and what comes next.

This isn’t about me telling you who you should be or handing you a formula for your life.

It’s about creating the space to understand what has changed, reconnect with what is true for you, rebuild trust in yourself, and begin choosing what comes next—on your terms.

Because life changes.

Roles change. Relationships change. Careers change. Families change. Bodies change. Dreams change. People we love die.

And sometimes we find ourselves standing in the middle of what is now, wondering:

What do I do with the life in front of me?

That’s the work I want to do with you.

If Life Changed. What Now? speaks to where you are—or someone came to mind as you read this—I’d love to start with a conversation.

I’m offering a complimentary 30-minute Vitality Audit to explore where you are, what feels different now, and what you want moving forward.

Enrollment is officially OPEN. 💙

Because this is deeply personalized work, I’m intentionally keeping the number of people I work with small so I can give each person the time, attention, and support this experience deserves.

The story changed.
You are still here.
What comes next is yours to choose.

Happy Resurrection Day ✝️

Today is a reminder…
Not just of resurrection then—
But of what is possible NOW.

Even in the middle of heartbreak.
Even when life feels heavy.
Even when your spirit feels… CRUSHED.

Psalm 34:18 says:
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

Wrap yourself in that TRUTH…

You are NOT alone in what you’re walking through.
You are NOT forgotten.
You are NOT too far gone.

There is a nearness…
A quiet, sacred presence…
That meets you RIGHT IN the middle of it all.

Not once you have it all together.
Not once the pain disappears.
But RIGHT HERE.

And somehow…
Even here…
There is JOY to be found.

Not the loud, performative kind—
But the deep, steady, soul-anchoring kind.

The kind that whispers…
“You’re going to make it.”
“You’re held.”
“There is MORE for you.”

Radiant Rebel…
If today finds you celebrating—beautiful.
If today finds you grieving—also sacred.

Both can exist.
And GOD meets you in BOTH.

Let today be a reminder that
RESURRECTION isn’t just a moment…
It’s a way of LIVING.

Let’s have an honest, heart-led conversation about what’s possible when you stop surviving… and start LIVING in overflow.

There’s a kind of exhaustion no amount of sleep can fix.

Not because you’re doing too much…But because you’re holding too much.

Holding grief.
Holding love.
Holding uncertainty.
Holding yourself together while everything around you feels like it’s shifting.

And from the outside…You look strong.
You look grounded.
You look like you have it together.

But inside?

Your body is whispering…“Please… just let me rest.”

Here’s what I’ve been learning in real time:

You can have HIGH ENERGY and still feel COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED.

Because energy isn’t the same as capacity.

You can be:
✨ emotionally activated
✨ spiritually expanding
✨ processing deep, generational patterns

…and your body will still say: “I need you to slow down.”

Not because you’re weak.But because you’re human.

Because you’re FEELING.

Because you’re no longer numbing…you’re allowing.

And that takes a different kind of strength.

So if you’ve been hard on yourself lately…

If you’ve been asking, “Why am I so tired when I’m doing all the right things?”

Let me gently remind you:

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re in the middle of UNVEILING who you truly are.

And right now…your body isn’t asking you to push harder.

It’s asking you to get honest about what you need… and honor it.

Radiant Rebel… this is your permission:

You don’t have to carry everything at once.

Pause.
Breathe.
Feel.

You’re allowed to REST…even in the middle of everything.

BREAKING THE ADDICTION TO CERTAINTY

Not long ago I realized something about myself.

For most of my life, I believed that if I worked hard enough, researched enough, prayed enough, and did all the “right” things… life would eventually hand me certainty.

Certainty about the path.
Certainty about the outcome.
Certainty that everything would be okay.

But life has a way of gently — and sometimes not so gently — reminding us that certainty was never promised.

There are seasons where the answers don’t come.

Where the future feels unclear.
Where the path forward is revealed one step at a time… and sometimes only after we’ve taken the step.

Those moments can feel unsettling.

But they also reveal something powerful.

They show us that our strength was never meant to come from having everything figured out.

Our strength comes from the courage to keep walking when we DON’T.

Radiant Rebel, the truth is this:

When we loosen our grip on needing certainty, we open ourselves to something far greater — TRUST.

Trust in ourselves.
Trust in the process of life.
Trust that even in the unknown, something meaningful is unfolding.

Certainty may feel safe…
but it is often the UNKNOWN that shapes who we are becoming.

So if life feels uncertain right now…

Maybe the invitation isn’t to find the answers.

Maybe the invitation is to TAKE THE NEXT BRAVE STEP.

Radiant Rebel, I’m curious…

Where in your life are you being asked to trust the unknown right now?

🌅 Radiant Rebel Reflection

There comes a moment when you realize healing was never about becoming someone new.

It was about unveiling what was already there before the world asked you to harden.

I have learned that emotions are not interruptions to life — they are invitations into deeper truth.

Some days we feel strong.
Some days we feel tender.
Both are sacred.

We are not meant to rush clarity.
We are meant to live our way into it.

Peace doesn’t arrive because life becomes easy.
Peace arrives when we stop abandoning ourselves in the process.

So if you are walking through uncertainty, grief, or change… breathe.

You are not behind.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Trust the path beneath your feet.

✨ Stay soft. Stay present. Stay true to the unfolding.

Some seasons don’t ask us to PUSH harder…
they ask us to SOFTEN deeper.

Lately, life has been inviting me into a different way of being:

CONTROL → SURRENDER & TRUST
FIGHTING → ALLOWING
BRACING → SOFTENING

Not because I’ve given up.
But because I’m learning that true strength isn’t found in resistance — it’s found in PRESENCE.

There are moments when life feels uncertain, tender, and painfully human. Moments when the old instinct is to grip tighter, fix faster, or protect the heart by hardening.

And yet… healing keeps whispering something different:

Meet life as it is.
With openness.
With dignity.
With compassion.
With grace.

Today I’m practicing trusting what I cannot control.
Letting emotions move without judgment.
Allowing love to hold what strength alone never could.

I am not abandoned.
I am loved and held.

And maybe you are too. 🤍

If you’re walking through a season that is stretching your heart — this is your reminder:

You don’t have to fight every wave.
Sometimes you are meant to FLOAT.
