Strength training is trending — we call it Tuesday😉

It’s been part of BEYOND’s DNA since our BEYOND500 class launched in 2015. We’ve always known one truth: Pilates alone isn’t enough, and lifting alone isn’t enough. You need both to train your whole body with intention.

This summer, we reimagined what strength training looks like at BEYOND — our new STRENGTH format combines the Pilates chair, kettlebells, matwork, and new dumbbells. And today, our first lunchtime STRENGTH class debuts at 12:00PM with Eriel Pryor | Personal Trainer : a 30-minute upper body focus.

Every membership and class package works across both our Pilates reformer studios and our STRENGTH studio. No choosing sides. No “pick a lane.” No buying two different memberships.

Trends come and go. Our approach isn’t new. It’s just finally catching up💪💙
