Compression therapy is a simple way to give tired, tight, overworked areas a reset.

The science behind compression therapy

Compression therapy uses rhythmic, sequential air pressure. The chambers inflate from the foot or calf upward, then release and repeat.

That controlled pressure helps support upward blood flow and normal fluid movement through the legs, especially useful when you have been sitting, standing, traveling, walking, or training. Intermittent pneumatic compression like our equipment at Augment are inflatable sleeves that help blood flow, and research suggests limb compression may modestly improve perceived pain and soreness after exercise.
