Let’s talk about self care… i’m not talking about massages or facials 💆♀️(although those are amazing). I’m talking about drinking enough water, slowing down, getting enough rest (not just sleep), so your body can function more optimally.
The fascia is highly innervated with the nervous system. If we are constantly in fight or flight, our fascia will be holding tension. If you’re someone who experiences chronic pain, get curious about how regulated your nervous system is.
