Herbal tea, trust, & authentic connection 🌹

Still soaking in the beauty of our Tulsi & Rose Tea Ceremony + Ancestral Meditation held in the studio this weekend. Every seat was filled, every heart felt open, and the energy shared in the studio felt deeply nourishing.

Melissa Rocci guided us so beautifully through meditation, reflection, and storytelling while we sipped herbal tea, enjoyed homemade chocolate with cashew butter and rose petals, and slowed down together in genuine presence.

Each guest left with thoughtfully curated goodie bags filled with more chocolate, rose quartz, notebooks, and other sweet offerings and tools to extend the experience beyond the event.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came, shared, softened, and made this evening so special. I’m thinking we’ll have to keep doing gatherings like this. Comment if you think we should host a book club! 🤍

What to expect:
Your guide for the evening, Melissa Rocci, is a published author, mentor, and facilitator of women's circles whose work sits at the intersection of ancestral wisdom and personal awakening. Melissa brings both depth and warmth to ceremonial space, creating an experience that is as grounding as it is expansive.

The Plant Allies:
Tulsi, i.e. Holy Basil--revered in Ayurvedic tradition as an adaptogen of the heart and nervous system. Clarifying, warming, and deeply grounding.

Rose--An ancient companion for grief, love, and the opening of the chest. Rose speaks the language of softness and courage at once.

🌸 Now Offering Evening + Weekend Massages 🌸

Now that tax season is over, many of us are in need of a little TLC to bring us back into balance. I’m currently taking new clients and I’d love to work with you!

My Fruita hours now include Tue, Thu, and Fri from 2:30-7pm + Sat and Sun 9:30am-3pm. I also have hours available on Mon (this month), Tue (next month), and Wed on Main St in Grand Junction!
