One to Flow will be closed July 22-27

Just a heads up — I'll be away in Canada from July 22nd through 27th.

A little rest and adventure is part of how I stay present for this work, and I'm looking forward to coming back with a full cup!

Here's what that means for scheduling during those dates:

- All appointments will need to be booked directly through my website during that time — that link is always the fastest and easiest way to grab your spot

I just wanted to take a moment to reach out personally because what I’m about to share is something I’ve been putting a lot of heart into, and I wanted you to be in the loop.

I’ve been working on something new for One to Flow and it’s launching very soon! It’s designed specifically for clients like you—people who know how much regular massage can change the way they feel, and who want to make it a consistent part of their lives / health and wellness care routine.

Herbal tea, trust, & authentic connection 🌹

Still soaking in the beauty of our Tulsi & Rose Tea Ceremony + Ancestral Meditation held in the studio this weekend. Every seat was filled, every heart felt open, and the energy shared in the studio felt deeply nourishing.

Melissa Rocci guided us so beautifully through meditation, reflection, and storytelling while we sipped herbal tea, enjoyed homemade chocolate with cashew butter and rose petals, and slowed down together in genuine presence.

Each guest left with thoughtfully curated goodie bags filled with more chocolate, rose quartz, notebooks, and other sweet offerings and tools to extend the experience beyond the event.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came, shared, softened, and made this evening so special. I’m thinking we’ll have to keep doing gatherings like this. Comment if you think we should host a book club! 🤍
