The Standard is our fitness test designed to show you exactly what you’ve built.
Event 1 is strength.
First you have 8 minutes to work up to your heaviest set of 6 front squats. Take your time, build through your sets, and find the most weight you can move for 6 clean reps.
Then 6 minutes to find your heaviest single strict press. One rep. As heavy as you can go with good form.
Your score is both weights added together.
No prescribed weight. No comparison to anyone else. You load the bar to where you are right now and find out what you’ve built.
Four more events to come in the next two weeks.
