Great review from Mugen... "We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Silva's office and when we came on the day of the approximant we didn't have to wait long or fill out pages and pages of forms. That was refreshing in itself. We were able to fill out two pages of basic info in the office and a one page DocuSign via email that was sent while we were in the office. It was all very easy and quick. It was honestly the fastest easiest process I've see yet and I've been around and have see a lot. My dentist has WAY longer forms!
After completing all the documents and the stress was off with that process, we again were pleasantly surprised with the office configuration and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Everyone was VERY nice, and polite. You can tell they are not stressed and enjoy what they do. Nothing felt weird, fake or out of place. Just a nice relaxed environment with people that fit right in.
When were finally were able to meet with Dr. Silva, WOW, he was so very polite, just as he was on the phone when we scheduled the appointment. He's very well mannered and attentive to everyone what they say think or feel. He's very considerate and thinks ahead I can see. He's very easy to talk to and he NEVER EVER talked over us or was demeaning or short like other doctors I've spoken with. We felt like we could have talked with him all day about anything and everything. He was very open and asked us politely many questions about our visit which made us feel comfortable and welcome. It shows he cared for us and that we were not just a number like other places.
We had blood drawn and the nurse did it perfectly in one attempt! I've been to St. Jude (many times) where they butcher you and leave you with multiple bruises as they miss you repeatedly. I've had this happen with myself and my whole family as others like co-workers and friends. One one occasion, they butchered my father with 8 punctures and finally got in on the 9th attempt, what torture.
We are VERY happy with Dr. Silva and will continue to be patients and whole hardly recommend SilvaCare to alternative Clinic's, or Hospitals where they really just don't care about you. We appreciate your time to see us Dr. Silva and help us!
