Avoid unpleasant experiences and figure out what actually works for your body by starting with low doses of THC.

If you are smoking, va**ng or dabbing:
Take 1–2 small puffs, then wait 20 minutes. Effects may come on quickly, so you’ll know fairly soon if you should consume more.

If you're eating edibles (gummies, drinks, etc.):
Start with 2.5–5 mg THC or less. Wait at least 2 hours before considering more. Edibles take longer to kick in and last much longer.

Dr. Woods always recommends keeping track of what you medicate with. This helps you find your “sweet spot.”
