Spending this gorgeous, sunny day hanging out with my chickens. 🐔

🌿 I haven’t posted all week because I recognized that I needed to slow down.

Last Sunday was Sadie’s birthday, our first without her, and this past week brought a lot of deep emotions. The grieving has been strong. I needed some quiet time to reconnect with myself, get grounded, and realign my energy.

Sometimes we just need to pause, breathe, and give ourselves space.

Today, I’m feeling grateful for a beautiful morning and ready to gently step back in. Cheers to fresh energy and a new day. ☕🌿

🌿 Thai Basil Salt, Rosemary Garlic Butter, Pesto, Pita Bread, and Mint Tea… those are just a few of the goodies I made from yesterday’s harvest. There's something special about making things by hand. Every bottle and every jar is created in small batches with simple ingredients and a whole lot of intention.
