So often women are weary because they have tried everything, been told their labs are “normal”, labeled unexplained infertility and then given the notice that “IVF is your next step.”

Let’s keep it real…I teach this stuff but it most certainly doesn’t mean I’m the picture of health perfection over here 😜

I still skip breakfast sometimes, I still eat fast food, I still scroll my phone before bed or skip getting my steps in. But a big difference is I’ve learned not to shame myself for it. To not give up. To find a rhythm of health instead of strict rules and protocols.

You don’t need 17 rules to get pregnant. Yes we need to know the foundations but make them a rhythm of your life..not an idol.

And if you’re looking for a way to do this (along with a roadmap and a community for support) then drop the word RISE and I’ll show you the next simple step to take.
