Touching Hearts at Home's mission is to provide experienced Home Health Care to adults and seniors to preserve their quality of life and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. It was the first time the Ramos family had dealt with the declining health of a loved one. We’re proud to spearhead a letter with Leaders Engaged on Alzheimer’s Disease (LEAD Coalition) to advance the bipartisan Alzheimer’s Screening and Prevention (ASAP) Act. More than 525 organizations, researchers and clinicians signed the letter to show their support for improving early Alzheimer’s detection and diagnosis.
