The confidence.
The choices.
The way you start showing up for yourself.
The decision to invest in the woman you’re becoming.

That part is yours‼️

So grateful for this beautiful patient taking the time to share her personal before and afters with me, allowing me to experience her joy along side her. And her willingness to share her journey with all of you? That takes BRAVERY 🙌.

Aging has a gift that allows you to care a lot less about needing the approval of others or what’s “appropriate.”
I’m not sure how much I ever needed it or cared 😜, but it’s magnified 🔎.

You know YOU, the truth of who you are.
You know your STRENGTHS.
You know your WEAKNESSES.
You know your TRIUMPHS.
You know your FAILURES.
You know your PRIVILEDGES.
You know your CHALLENGES.
You know what you’ve SURVIVED.
You know what you need to FEEL ALIVE‼️

There is CONFIDENCE in knowing you are exactly who God created you to be. And with that comes incredible gifts, but also humbling weaknesses. Others can take it or leave it…YOU ARE YOU. There is a comfortable understanding that we should “do the work” on ourselves continuously but also that there is sooooooo much that we can’t control…we have to learn to accept the positives and the negatives about the core of who we are, but love ourselves enough to seek the people and tools that support challenge and compliment us.

Age appropriate?! Who makes up those rules?!!?? 🤣😂. Nevermind. It’s of little interest to be. What I do care about? Being “ME APROPRIATE.” Being authentically yourself is one of the most freeing parts of the HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

You are allowed to be SILLY or SERIOUS.
You are allowed to be BOLD or SHY.
You are allowed to be LOUD or QUIET.
You are allowed to be DRIVEN or CHILL.
You are allowed to be EXCITED or DISAPPOINTED.
You are allowed to be SAD or HAPPY.
You are allowed to be PLAYFUL or FOCUSED.
You are allowed to be CONFIDENT or DOUBTFUL.
You are allowed to TAKE UP SPACE.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE ANY AND ALL OF THOSE THINGS separately and sometimes simultaneously‼️

Embrace who YOU ARE! Work on you. Celebrate you. That’s the energy I’m sending you.✨

This adventure was over 3 years in the making and it did NOT disappoint! It’s the first portion of an incredible adventure…so grateful to see, feel and experience Cape Town 🇿🇦✨

From Table Mountain to Camps Bay, colorful streets, beautiful beaches, wineries, good food and views that had us stopping mid-sentence. Cape Town was a whole vibe.

Got the steps in. ✅
Lifted the weights. ✅
Did the shadow work. ✅
Drank the water. ✅
Hit our protein goals. ✅

…and then lettuce diarrhea said, “My time to shine.” 🥬💀

When two perfectionists get together…✨

As a Plastic Surgery PA, I spend my days helping people feel confident in their own skin. Salon Pure I got to be on the other side of the chair and let an incredible artist work her magic. 💇🏼‍♀️

So much love to my amazing hairstylist and her talented team for making me feel beautiful and capturing all the fun behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion truly shine through.

23 years ago, Jenn Cobbs, PA-C and I met in 🥼PA school 🩺 with big dreams and no idea where life would take us. Fast forward and somehow life brought us full circle, and several years ago we reunited through the world of aesthetics.
I have such a great deal of respect 🙌personally and professionally for this ✨BADDIE✨ and was grateful to get to spend an afternoon with her reviewing, learning and discussing such a wide array of subjects related to rejuvination. She is masterful in her craft and has a gift of studying information and relaying that knowledge to both the newbies and the seniors in the field. Grateful for friendships that stand the test of time and journeys that reconnect us in the most unexpected ways.
As a bonus, we got to welcome to the training a recent physician associate graduate and new employee to Northeast Georgia Plastic Surgery, Rileigh Whitmore, PA. She is going to do incredible things and I am proud to call her a colleague and a friend.
What a day‼️ There is always something new to learn 🧐📖.

Absolutely wild‼️ Didn’t expect to end up surrounded by blue ghost fireflies in the north Georgia mountains, buuuuuuut I did 😊. And it turned into one of the most surreal experiences I’ve ever had.

Blue ghost fireflies are a rare species found in the Southern Appalachians, and instead of flashing, they glow continuously with an eerie blue-green light. Watching them float silently through the woods felt like something out of a movie. 🌲
