Never Forget.

05/21/2026

People ask me all the time if I take insurance.

No. I don’t.

And honestly, that is intentional.
I built my practice to stay affordable enough that people can pay out of pocket because I never wanted a third party sitting in the middle of someone’s health journey deciding what they “qualify” for while some dude named Chad denies their claim from a fluorescent-lit office bunker after reviewing exactly 14 seconds of paperwork.
Insurance companies are businesses. Their priority is cost management. Mine is people.
I’m not interested in spending my time fighting prior authorizations, arguing with hold music for 47 minutes, or translating human suffering into billing codes that sound like Star Wars droids.
I’d rather focus on actually helping you.
My goal has always been simple...Keep things accessible, human, and honest.
No inflated pricing games just to “bill insurance.” No treating people like chart numbers. No revolving-door care.
Just real conversations, practical support, and someone who genuinely gives a damn about your well-being.
Healthcare has become cold enough already. I refuse to contribute to that.

In healthcare, whether medical or holistic, trust is not optional.

Patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality matter deeply to me and always will.

My background includes regular HIPAA compliance training, protection of personally identifiable health information (PII/PHI), and additional compliance education through state and private training programs. I have held PII and HIPAA Certification through the Department of Defense since 2016, being held to the highest standard of protection for my patients/clients.

Whether someone comes to me for education, support, or guidance...discretion and respect are non-negotiable.

People deserve to feel safe with the professionals they trust.

Let’s talk about fatigue.

Because some of y’all are convinced your body is failing you…but if I followed you around for 24 hours, I would find caffeine running your life like a toxic ex, meals happening whenever the stars align, two sips of water all day and somehow that counts as hydration, and sleep that looks like a hostage situation.
And then you’re like, "Why am I so tired???”
Ma’am. Sir. Be serious.
Your body is not a magical machine that runs on vibes,
iced coffee, and emotional damage.
It needs actual food, actual water, and actual sleep.
Right now, some of you are operating like a full-blown dumpster fire in July and then wondering why you don’t feel “balanced.”
Respectfully, nothing is wrong with your body.
Your body is looking around going, “I have been given nothing to work with.”
Before we jump to hormones, thyroid, and rare conditions, let’s ask a very simple question...
Did you even give your body a fair shot?
Skipping meals tanks your energy, dehydration alone can make you feel like absolute garbage, and poor sleep will wreck everything else downstream.
That’s not controversial. That’s basic physiology.

Try this for ONE week...you'll survive, I assure you.
Eat within an hour of waking like a responsible adult,
drink water BEFORE your emotional support caffeine,
stop skipping meals like it’s a personality trait, and go to bed earlier than your bad decisions.
If after that you still feel like a haunted Victorian child,
cool, then we investigate deeper. But we are NOT ignoring the flaming dumpster in the driveway and going ghost hunting in the attic.

If you want someone to come in, assess the chaos, and fix your routine for you, that’s what I do.
No fluff. No guessing. No “just breathe and manifest energy.”

I got you, Boo-boo.

You, your well-being, and autonomy are most important to me.❤️🌱🪷

TIME FOR A CONTROVERSIAL TRUTH!

You cannot “alkalize” your body.

I don’t care how much lemon water you drink.
I don’t care what your food chart says.
Your body is not sitting there adjusting its pH because you had spinach for lunch. Your body has a very tight reign on your pH levels.
Your blood pH stays between 7.35 - 7.45 for a reason.
Your lungs and kidneys regulate that constantly to keep you alive. If it actually shifted outside that range,
that’s not “wellness.” That’s a medical emergency.
If your pH was 6.4, you wouldn’t need a detox.
You’d need a hospital.

The whole “alkaline diet” idea came from the fact that food can change urine pH. Urine.
As in what your body is getting rid of. Waste.
Not your blood. Not your cells. Not your overall “internal environment.”

What’s actually happening is people are avoiding perfectly nutritious foods, stressing over charts, and buying expensive “alkaline” products thinking they’re changing their body chemistry.
They’re not.
Now here’s the part people don’t like to hear...
Most alkaline diets do make people feel better, but not because they changed their pH. They feel better because they finally started eating real food.
More vegetables.
Less processed junk.
Better nutrient intake.
That’s it.
Your body is not fragile. It’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.
You don’t need to alkalize it amd you need to stop overcomplicating it.
Eat real food.
Hydrate.
Sleep.
Let your physiology do its job.

CONTROVERSIAL TRUTH TIME

Some of the “weeds” we’re taught to kill actually have value.
And some of the things we’re told are safe to use on them demands a closer look.
We just talked about dandelion.
Most people spray it, pull it, or try to get rid of it.
Meanwhile, it contains compounds that have been studied for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and even anti-cancer activity in early research.
Not a cure or replacement for necessary treatment.
But definitely not useless.

Now look at what’s often used to kill it.
Glyphosate-based herbicides (like Roundup) are one of the most widely used chemicals in the world. And the science around them isn’t exactly unanimous.
International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies glyphosate as “probably carcinogenic” and the Environmental Protection Agency says it’s "not likely carcinogenic at typical exposure levels."

Translation? There’s disagreement. And that should make people pause.
Here’s the part no one likes to talk about. We’re quick to eliminate what we don’t understand and slow to question what we’ve been told is normal.
This isn’t about fear.
It’s about awareness.

Not every plant in your yard is a problem, not every chemical is harmless, and your health decisions deserve more thought than marketing.

You don’t need to panic or go extreme, but you should probably start asking better questions. Your health, well being, and life rely on it.

DANDELION

And no…you do not need a “liver detox”
Your liver already detoxes your body.
Constantly. For free. Without a tea, powders, juices, and whatever MLM BS your friend is trying to sell you.
If it didn’t, we’d all be in trouble.

Now, supporting your liver? That’s real.
And that’s where dandelion comes in.
Dandelion supports bile flow which helps digest fats and move waste out.
Aids digestion as a gentle bitter that gets things moving.
Mild diuretic that helps with fluid balance (without wrecking potassium).
Antioxidant support that helps protect cells from stress.
Nutrient-dense with vitamins A, C, K, potassium.

It does not “detox your liver”.
It doesn't flush toxins overnight. Nothing does.
It is not magic in a tea bag.

The reality is that you don’t need to detox your liver.
But you can support digestion, bile flow, and overall function. Dandelion is one simple way to do that.
Eat it. Drink it. Use it intentionally.

Not because the internet told you your liver is “full of toxins.”
