Commonwealth Senior Living at Hillsville, come on down! You’re the next contestant on The Price is Right!

We got to spend the afternoon with our neighbors at Commonwealth today. Residents guessed the current prices of grocery items, we played Plinko, and everyone got to spin the wheel for a chance to win the big prize basket! ✨

We were invited to celebrate Senior Day with our friends at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center last week, and we brought the dessert! Even though their cookout got rained out, residents enjoyed lunch inside before visiting our table for dessert. We hope that everyone had a wonderful Senior Day! 🍪

Last week we brought the Carnival to our neighbors at Hillsville Health & Rehab Center! Residents enjoyed lemonade and got to choose between cinnamon sugar pretzels and salted pretzels with cheese to snack on. We played Pin the Tail on the Elephant and Ring Toss for a chance to win something from the prize board. It was a fun filled day under the big top! 🎟️🎠🎡

Let’s go to the movies! 🎥✨

This week we got to join our neighbors at Grayson Health & Rehabilitation for a Drive-In style movie day! Each of our guests had their own snack box complete with popcorn, M&M’s, and a Coke!

Even though we ran into some technical difficulties with the projector, everyone enjoyed the movie on the TV. The movie of choice was Daddy Daycare, and Eddie Murphy had us all laughing. We had a blast! 🍿

Yesterday we joined our neighbors at Waddell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a rowdy game of Bingo! This crowd came ready to have fun and win cool prizes. We celebrated the last bit of summer with Key Lime Pie and Cherry Limeade Punch! 🩷🍋‍🟩
